Fleet Cost Reduced by Over $125k p.a.
The client is a Sydney based business services organisation, expanding rapidly through a combination of acquisition and organic growth throughout NSW and also interstate operations.
Rapid growth demands a combination of process improvement and the need to ensure that indirect costs are controlled.
The client had an incumbent Fleet Manager for a number of years. Whilst the relationship was strong, it was felt that rates should be tested and processes should be reviewed.
An extensive tender process resulted in savings in excess of $125,000 per annum, with the incumbent retained. Process and policy reviews were also undertaken highlighting the need to implement changes to some very important policies and procedures.
