Sydney based business services organisation, expanding rapidly through a combination of acquisition and organic growth.

Client’s Goals

Rapid growth demanded a combination of process improvement and the need to ensure that indirect costs are controlled. Procedures and policies were also required to ensure accurate cost centre reporting.

Project Summary

Whilst cost management was the medium term goal, limited reliable base data and the lack of a centralised booking process were seen as immediate issues. An innovative solution, including new interactive booking technology was identified and initially installed on a trial basis, now forming an integral part of the client’s operations.


A successful trial of the new systems delivered not only accurate usable data, managed through policy controls, but also identified measurable immediate financial savings.
